Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
