Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to fill the Full-Time Retail Store Manager position at our Midland Store, located at 2030 N. Saginaw Rd, in Midland, MI.

The role offers a $50,000 annual salary with monthly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. The position requires prior management or supervisory experience in a retail setting, strong leadership, and the ability to drive store performance while delivering excellent donor and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum one-year of general retail or production experience.
• Must have telephone access.
• Must have access to a vehicle and a valid Michigan drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and yearly retail goals.
• Increase sales per square foot through pricing and merchandise management.
• Increase bottom-line contribution through retail program management and efficient use of resources.
• Properly price, display, and maintain merchandise.
• Increase donations by handling donated goods effectively.
• Hire, train, retain, motivate, and communicate with store employees.
