Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in New Brighton, PA is seeking a Store Manager in Training. You’ll participate in on-the-job training to learn how to run a profitable store by maintaining merchandising standards, signage, and inviting displays while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with laws, open and close the store, and drive profit while protecting assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
