Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and manage store operations to maintain image and stock levels.
• Monitor cash handling, reports, and inventories.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and the community.
• Communicate effectively with team and Market Manager.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with company policies.
