Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager In Training for our Glen, NH location. You will recruit, hire and train staff, supervise store operations, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store appearance and safety standards.

You will schedule employees, analyze sales and expenses, and develop professional relationships with suppliers. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with English communication essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in retail sales preferred.
Ability to supervise and train staff.
Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
Ability to communicate in English.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

Lead, recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee site organization, stocking, cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
Schedule employees within guidelines to optimize service and appearance.
Develop professional relationships with suppliers and manage stakeholder communication.
