Job summary

As a key team member, you will stand in for the Store Manager when needed, oversee scheduling, and ensure adherence to policies while focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Coordinate action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Operate store in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service as per policies.
• Perform general administrative duties and support Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
• Uphold all store policies and procedures and protect company assets and information.
