Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff as per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Must be computer literate with report analysis, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well presented.
• Maintain professional relations with staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees per company guidelines to optimize service.
• Monitor safety, training, motivation and personnel discipline as needed.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance feedback and conduct evaluations in writing.
• Ensure accurate reporting and merchandising standards.
