Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Team-player and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service per policy manuals.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise and services.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls.
