Job summary

• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well presented.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees to meet company standards in service and marketing.
• Ensure proper communication to all staff in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Oversee reports, merchandise stocking, display and pricing.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines and margins.
• Safeguard money and cash handling.
