Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store in Montgomery, AL. You will lead by example, coach your team, and drive exceptional customer experiences while managing inventory and introducing new products and services.

You will oversee training, drive sales performance, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment. The role requires flexibility including evenings and weekends, with unlimited earning potential through base plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
