The Retail Store Manager ("RSM") oversees sales and operations at their assigned location. Successful RSMs lead their team to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards. They demonstrate strong leadership and manage company programs effectively.

Role Responsibilities
  • Drive sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
  • Create a positive work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Educate staff on compensation plans and maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with district management on product launches and promotions.
  • Train staff on new products and promotions.
  • Assist with internal investigations and store operations.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure a clean, inviting store environment.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to communications and complete required training.
  • Protect company assets.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of retail sales management experience.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
