The Retail Store Manager ("RSM") is responsible for the overall sales and operations of their assigned location. Successful RSMs will lead their team and drive success across all performance levels. This position oversees sales achievement, customer service, operational standards, and inventory management. The RSM must demonstrate strong leadership skills and develop, implement, and manage team and company programs and processes.

Role Responsibilities
  • Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
  • Create a positive work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Educate personnel on the compensation plan and sales strategies.
  • Partner with the District Manager on product launches and process improvements.
  • Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
  • Assist in internal investigations with HR and Loss Prevention departments.
  • Support on the sales floor for coaching and development.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing within budgeted hours.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
  • Adhere to compliance, processes, and policies.
  • Respond promptly to communications.
  • Complete required training timely.
  • Protect company assets at all times.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of retail sales management experience involving interactive and commissioned sales.
  • 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent sales skills with a proven track record.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with computers, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation to support multiple store locations within 30 minutes.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Shift
  • 8-hour shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays.
