Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager ("RSM") is responsible for the overall sales and operations of their assigned location. Successful RSMs will lead their team to drive performance across all areas, including sales achievement, customer service, operational standards, and inventory management. Strong leadership skills are essential to develop, implement, and manage team and company programs.

Responsibilities
  • Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
  • Create a positive work environment where employees can excel.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Educate staff on the compensation plan and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager on product launches and new initiatives.
  • Train staff on new products and promotions.
  • Support internal investigations with HR and Loss Prevention.
  • Be present on the sales floor for coaching and development.
  • Schedule staff according to budgeted hours.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to communications and complete required training.
  • Protect company assets at all times.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of retail sales management experience, including commissioned sales.
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop successful sales teams.
  • Excellent sales and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation to support multiple store locations within a 30-minute radius.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Shift
  • 8-hour shifts on weekdays and Saturdays.
