Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager ("RSM") is responsible for the overall sales and operations of their assigned location. Successful RSMs lead their team, drive performance, and ensure sales achievement, customer service excellence, operational standards, and inventory management. Strong leadership skills are essential to develop, implement, and manage team and company programs and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team
  • Create a positive work environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Educate staff on compensation plans and sales strategies
  • Partner with management to launch new products and services
  • Train staff on new promotions and products
  • Assist with internal investigations and store operations

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of retail sales management experience
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales teams

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Proficiency with computers and wireless equipment
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance
