The Retail Store Manager ("RSM") is responsible for the overall sales and operations of the assigned location. Successful RSMs will lead their team and drive success across all performance levels. This position oversees sales achievement, customer service, operational standards, and inventory. The RSM must demonstrate strong leadership skills and develop, implement, and manage team and company programs and processes.

Role Responsibilities
  • Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
  • Create a positive work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Educate staff on the compensation plan and sales strategies.
  • Partner with District Managers on new product and process launches.
  • Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
  • Assist in internal investigations with HR and Loss Prevention.
  • Support coaching and development on the sales floor.
  • Schedule staff within budgeted hours.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Adhere to compliance, policies, and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to communications.
  • Complete required training timely.
  • Protect company assets.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of retail sales management experience, including interactive and commissioned sales.
  • At least 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing sales teams.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to meet/exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with computers, wireless devices, and office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation to support multiple locations within 30 minutes.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
