Mobily-LL in Sterling, IL is hiring a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of your store, driving performance and inspiring your team daily. You’ll coach staff, ensure a seamless customer experience, manage inventory, and roll out new products and services with district leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
