Job summary

Mobily-LL in the United States is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of your store, driving performance and team success. You will lead by example, coach your staff, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out. The role requires you to inspire the team to exceed sales goals and deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
