Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and operations across the store, driving performance and customer satisfaction. You will coach a team, manage inventory, and roll out new products and services in collaboration with District leadership.

The role emphasizes coaching, exceptional customer service, and a proactive mindset to maintain an energetic, compliant retail environment with strong financial results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Excellent sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
