Mobilelink is hiring a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store, driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer journey daily.

You’ll manage inventory, roll out new products with the District Manager, and develop your team to sell with confidence while contributing to a dynamic, growth-oriented store environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Proven leadership in recruiting and developing teams.
• Strong sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
