• Build Service Standards: Surpass customer service expectations; gather and communicate customer feedback; train staff on products and promotions; maintain store standards and safety.
• Build Revenue and Operational Excellence: Assist in inventory and cash handling; support opening/closing; assist in scheduling and promotions.
