Job summary

Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Lebanon, KY to lead daily store operations and drive sales.

You will supervise a team, greet customers, sell footwear and accessories, stock floors, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment while maintaining a positive community presence. Ideal candidates excel in customer service and sales, have leadership experience, and can manage schedules, recruit staff, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and how to be a people manager.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store sales team to achieve sales, customer service and profitability metrics.
• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Help restock the sales floor.
• Keep the store neat and clean.
• Recruit, hire, and train the store sales team.
• Maintain staffing levels and write/oversee store schedules.
• Lead, develop, and coach the store sales team.
• Ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Prepare deposits and take them to the bank.

What you need
