Job summary

SalonCentric in Boca Raton is seeking a Full Time Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced beauty retail setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. A Cosmetology license is a plus. Salary offers progressive pay with full benefits and growth opportunities within the L'Oreal USA family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use point-of-sale systems; SAP experience preferred.

• 18+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
