Job summary

SalonCentricStore in Roseville, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, coaching staff, and driving sales through strong leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. The position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the SalonCentric/L’Oréal USA family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent basis is required. No immigration sponsorship offered.

Salary Range

From: $25.90

To: $28.80
