Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for our new store at Westfield Century City - Los Angeles, CA (Opening Fall 2025).

As the Store Manager, you will lead the creation of a world-class retail environment, overseeing all aspects of Sales & Operations. Using cutting-edge technology, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience between our website and retail stores. Collaborate with Store Leaders to recruit, hire, and train a team of enthusiastic associates dedicated to helping our customers live their passion. We seek a self-driven, high-energy leader who thrives on public interaction. Join our close-knit team of key players, all focused on hitting ambitious targets and advancing the business while guiding the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders. This position reports to the Regional Director.

How you’ll play to Win

  1. Embodies our culture and values through self-accountability, serving as a role model for all team members internally and externally.

  2. Recruits, hires, and trains store associates and supervisors, preparing them to actively engage our customers in meaningful ways.

  3. Drives customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.

  4. Directs daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates to align with company and store goals.

  5. Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment to deliver timely and responsible outcomes.

  6. Ensures operational efficiency by managing payroll, inventory, and paperwork.

  7. Develops and maintains store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience and add value.

  8. Provides and nourishes feedback across all organizational levels to continuously improve the business.

What you bring to the team

  1. At least 2 years of management experience in retail.

  2. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.

  3. Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners.

  4. Experience in setting personal and professional goals within large teams.

  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building advanced spreadsheet models.

  7. Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative.

  8. Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, retail inventory, and POS systems.

  9. Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to inspire others.

  10. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

  11. This role involves constant movement and standing for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.

  12. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Availability

  1. Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
