Job Description

Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a retail team to bring the brand to life. They embody Arch Telecom’s Core Values and act as brand ambassadors, creating energy around our products and services. RSMs thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment with a customer-first focus, building meaningful relationships by uncovering customer needs and recommending device and service solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead by example, helping customers continue their shopping journey across all channels.
  2. Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
  3. Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing sales, inventory, and store initiatives.
  4. Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices, to enhance customer connection.
  5. Maintain store excellence and approach customer service with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  6. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
  7. Complete training on systems, processes, and in-store experience.
  8. Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and develop small business leads.

Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Wireless sales experience

  • Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25lbs
  • Reliable transportation and full-time availability (45 hours)
