Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you're ready to lead by example, go All IN, and rally & empower your team to excel in connecting customers to their world.

Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership. Primary point of contact for store employees.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct observations of employee-customer interactions, provide feedback, and ensure training is completed timely.
  2. Address customer issues to enhance their experience with the T-Mobile brand.
  3. Own store success, managing staffing, scheduling, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
  4. Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new programs.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  6. Hire passionate employees committed to building customer relationships and embracing the T-Mobile brand.
  7. Support team development through training and mentoring.
  8. Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
  9. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
  10. Drive store productivity, manage expenses, and achieve financial KPIs.
  11. Recognize and celebrate team achievements.
  12. Meet or exceed sales goals and success metrics.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years management experience in retail sales (Required)
  • 2-4 years sales and sales management experience (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $66,900 - $120,600, including incentives. Base Pay Range: $50,175 - $90,450. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. For specific pay ranges based on location, click here.
