Job summary

Unison is seeking a Store Manager for the Claremont Concept Store who connects with our vision, drives conversations and elevates the customer and team experience. You will lead a small team, motivate staff and ensure a premium brand standard in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

You will partner with leadership to optimise rosters, drive sales, mentor the team and deliver exemplary service while maintaining store profitability and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
