Salary and Schedule: Starting at $71,400 per year plus monthly bonus. The position leads a team for 40 hours a week, allowing work-life balance.

Essential Functions:

• Manage all aspects of store operations including staffing, scheduling, customer engagement, sales, merchandising, and inventory.
• Build and maintain relationships with field leadership and in-store team.
• Achieve sales and customer service goals through performance management and coaching.
• Hire, train, and retain high-quality sales staff.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with field sales leadership and participate in meetings.
• Report on store performance and execute improvement plans.
• Handle hiring, training, and performance management in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years of sales, account management, or related experience, with 2+ years in retail management.

Skills:

• Experience in specialty retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Physical Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:
