Job Description

Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs are leading by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They demonstrate how to thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions.

What you'll do in your role:

  • Lead by example, helping customers continue their shopping journey whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide demonstrations of the latest technology.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing sales, inventory, and new initiatives.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Maintain the store's overall presentation and customer experience.

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting. Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources. Build relationships across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify small business leads, and foster team accountability. Have fun while delivering first-class service.

Must-haves:
