• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent, including the store leadership team.
• Teach, coach, and train to improve the success and selling potential of all associates.
• Lead and drive high performance among all associates fairly and effectively.
• Set and reinforce clear expectations, performance standards, results, and accountability.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and gathering customer contact information.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus.
• Implement and sustain magazine direction to optimize business and showcase products.
• Lead a focus on delivering emotionally engaging customer experiences.

• Partner with sales leadership to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective operational execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in providing exceptional customer experiences, preferably in retail.
• 2+ years of managing teams in a customer-focused/selling environment with a successful track record.
• Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining dynamic teams.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
