Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team across an AT&T store. You will coach staff, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while managing daily operations and store performance.

You will develop leaders, promote internal growth, and represent the AT&T brand in the local community. A base salary plus performance bonuses drives a rewarding leadership career within a supportive environment.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
