Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T Authorized Retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager in West Palm Beach, FL to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, coach staff, manage store operations, and partner with district leadership to execute initiatives.

This role offers a competitive base salary with a bonus potential ($50,000-$70,000+ annually), plus benefits and ongoing leadership development opportunities at Prime Communications.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
