Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing store, coach the team, and drive sales while ensuring operational excellence.

As RSM, you will develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants, foster accountability and growth, and partner with the District Manager on initiatives. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonuses and comprehensive benefits, plus advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
