Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff, manage daily store operations, and partner with the District Manager on initiatives and product launches.

You will promote AT&T products, ensure compliance, and build community relationships, with a focus on leadership development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel to nearby store locations.
• Must complete all AT&T and Prime Communications training.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
