Prime Communications—renewed as the largest AT&T authorized retailer in the U.S.—is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, coach staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while building a leadership career.

You'll drive store performance, develop future leaders, manage operations, and partner with District leadership on initiatives and product launches, all while maintaining brand standards and assets.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and travel to nearby stores as needed.
• Must complete AT&T and Prime Communications training.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.
