Prime Communications, the largest AT&T Authorized Retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Chapel Hill, NC. You will lead a high-energy sales team, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance.

You will partner with the District Manager to implement company initiatives, manage daily operations, and build a culture of accountability and growth. Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits are provided.

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
