Prime Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager in Artesia, NM to lead a high-performing team, grow sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, manage merchandising and scheduling, and implement store initiatives while upholding policy. A competitive base salary with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
