If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Delek is seeking an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As the Retail Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service while maximizing store profitability. Your leadership and strategic thinking will make a real impact.

Your responsibilities include overseeing the successful operation of a retail store, managing staff, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining store standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • One (1) or more years of Leadership Experience (Preferred)
  • Two (2) or more years of Experience working in a retail environment (Required)
  • Valid driver’s license (Required Certifications/Licensures)
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop weekly goals for Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensure all hours of operation are covered, including recruiting and retention
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster a friendly environment
  • Manage store financials
  • Collaborate with District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
