As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of a retail store.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • One (1) or more years of Leadership Experience (Preferred)
  • Two (2) or more years of experience working in a retail environment (Required)
  • Valid driver’s license (Required Certifications/Licenses)
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop weekly goals for Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage employees and adhere to company policies
  • Ensure all hours of operation are covered, including recruiting and retention
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store financials
  • Collaborate with District Manager and other Store Managers
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a positive environment
