  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to travel domestically by car and air
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, focus adjustment
  • Availability for long shifts (10-12 hours during peak seasons)
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • 4-year degree in business, retail management, or equivalent experience
