Job summary

Amtel Wireless I Metro by T-Mobile Canal is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, execute local promotions, and maintain inventory and store standards. Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, along with standing for long periods. Competitive pay with commission incentives, in a full-time on-site role in Thibodaux, LA.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and retain a highly engaged sales team
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
