Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations in the USA. You will lead merchandising, launches, and a sales-driven team while aiming to deliver an extraordinary customer experience with AT&T products and services.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants, engage in off-site promotion activities, and participate in paid training designed for leadership success. A competitive base salary plus commission fuels total earnings.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our most successful Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Our Retail Store Managers earn a base between $55,000 - $82,600 + commission with a total target compensation of $83,000 - $110,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
