Overview: Store Managers primarily focus on managerial tasks, including leading and managing teams, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and achieving store KPIs. Minimal time is spent on non-managerial tasks such as cashiering or stocking.

Major Activities:
  1. Lead and manage all store operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies, and hold the team accountable.
  2. Achieve sales and profit plans, manage KPIs, and lead execution of customer brand promises.
  3. Implement shrink and safety programs to meet targets.
  4. Set, prioritize, and communicate goals using company tools.
  5. Hire, train, coach, and develop team members; manage performance and disciplinary actions.
  6. Promote respectful interactions and embody company values; serve as Manager on Duty.
  7. Maintain operational knowledge across store departments, including cross-training in Custom Framing.
Additional Duties:

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience:
  • Retail management leadership experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift, bend, reach, and stretch.
  • Assist with heavy lifting and high shelf access; accommodations available upon request.
Work Environment:
  • Public retail setting, climate-controlled areas, outdoor work, and a frame shop environment with glass cutting and heat press.
  • Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Compensation:

Total Base Pay Range: $59,500 - $79,400
