Major Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies, and maintain store conditions.
• Achieve sales and profit targets, and manage KPIs.
• Implement customer brand promises and safety programs.
• Set goals, hire, train, and develop team members, and manage performance.
• Maintain a positive, respectful environment and serve as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure cross-training across store departments.

Minimum Requirements

• Retail management leadership experience.

Physical and Work Environment
