AT&T Beckley, WV is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, coach a team of sales consultants, and drive sales and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll oversee merchandising, product launches, and community outreach while delivering best-in-class service and technology solutions.

Job description

This position is located in -BECKLEY, WV (CRANBERRY CREEK)

In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. And, you won’t be in this alone. We offer best in class paid training to set you up leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our Retail Store Manager-3 Battleship jobs earn between $49,500.00 - $74,300.00 + commission $26,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
