Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Anderson, SC. You will lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive sales and service goals, and manage merchandising and product launches to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will also plan outreach events and participate in off-site promotions. The role includes leadership training and opportunities to advance within AT&T Mobility.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Our most successful Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager earn between $49,500 - $74,300 + $26,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
