Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-2 to lead a retail location in Mansfield, MA. You will oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet goals, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities within a leading telecommunications company. You’ll manage relationships with stakeholders, focus on optimal customer experiences, and leverage AT&T mobility systems and latest tech.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.

Our Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $61,700.00 - $92,500.00 + commission $24,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
