AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail store operations in Lynnwood, WA. You will oversee merchandising, launches, and sales initiatives while driving exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage a team, plan strategically, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive growth. The role involves evening/weekend shifts and may include relocation support where applicable, along with competitive compensation and benefits.

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

You'll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.

Store Managers are paid a competitive salary and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding their store’s sales objectives. Relocation assistance 'may' be available, if applicable.
