Store - DEN-THORNTON, CO

Store Managers are expected to spend the majority of their time on managerial tasks, including leading and managing a team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving store KPIs. Minimal time is spent on non-managerial tasks such as cashiering or stocking shelves.

Major Activities

1. Lead and manage all store aspects, ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and standards.
2. Deliver sales and profit plans, manage KPIs, and lead customer brand promise execution.
3. Implement shrink and safety programs.
4. Set, prioritize, and communicate goals using company tools.
5. Hire, train, observe, coach, and develop the store team, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
6. Maintain positive and respectful interactions, promote organizational values, and serve as Manager on Duty.
7. Ensure cross-training in all store departments, including Custom Framing.

Minimum Experience Required

• Retail management leadership experience

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.

Work Environment

• Public retail setting, some outdoor work, climate-controlled areas, and work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Applicants must meet legal requirements. The total base pay range is $59,500 - $79,400.
