Store - SEA-SEATTLE/INTERBAY, WA

Store Managers are expected to spend most of their time on managerial work, including leading and managing a team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving store KPIs. Minimal time is spent on non-managerial tasks such as cashiering or stocking shelves.

Major Activities

• Lead and manage all store aspects, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies; hold team accountable for store conditions and results
• Deliver sales and profit plans, manage team KPIs
• Execute customer brand promises
• Implement shrink and safety programs
• Set, prioritize, and communicate goals using company tools
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members; manage performance and disciplinary processes
• Promote respectful interactions and positive team environment
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
• Maintain operational knowledge of all store departments; cross-train team members

Minimum Experience Required

• Retail management leadership experience

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift and carry items, reach and stretch, use ladders for high shelves

Work Environment

• Public retail setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, varied hours including nights and weekends

Applicants must meet legal requirements. The total base pay range is $68,400 - $91,300.
